introducing codex-web.
i love codex desktop. i wanted to use it on mobile to monitor and steer long running agents so i built codex web.
codex web is a thin wrapper around the upstream codex desktop app. it splits the app into two parts: one which runs on a server (anywhere were node and codex cli run) and one which runs in the browser.
i use it every day and it's increased the set of tasks i'm able to achieve with just my phone and a cell connection.

@vinayjunejaa@emanueledpt@co_foundr that's nice but my big computers with big storage, big cpu and big gpu are all linux hosts! i think many such cases
@realmattfusco apparently i tried this a few months back but guess was in the middle of deserting iOS at the time (not programmable enough). can't sideload from codex jit built apps on iOS too much friction.
@aidailynew what is your source on "training primary on synthetic data from OpenAI and ElevenLabs" people keep saying this but unclear whether its a guess or fact
