Estimate is H2 2022 for delivery, so Hydra HEAD protocol followed by ZkSNARKS Rollup delivery.

@dadadadaffy @buffalu__ @toly Because the dedupe cache is per validator. If a validator doesn't process all of its pending txs it forwards them to the next leader. Txs only get forwarded one hop so sending again will get your tx to more leaders and increase the chance of processing.
