The only 10 minutes of the whole day that i wasn’t here! No prior warning or update, now it’s been taken back. Ughhh!

Booked a day off work and waited for 8 hours staring longingly out of the window for my PS5 pre-order to arrive with no success. Cheers @dhlexpressuk and/or @GameUKOnline for wasting a day of my life. No updates, no tracking assistance, no clue what’s happening.
