@LoiLoi12 @Flight_Refunds @easyJet @Mattallwright @BBCWatchdog Hi Louise I filed complaint with civil aviation authority @UK_CAA on their website due to KLM not refunding. Have now had result in my favour and they are forced to refund me. Taken a few weeks but better than constant denial by KLM. Hope this helps

@credland_nicki @Ryanair Hi Nicki I've had similar issue with @KLM @KLM_UK so I lodged a complaint with Civil Aviation Authority and are now forced to refund. May be option to pursue, all online via portal on @UK_CAA website
