@dwdbrns @mbateman Maybe the “training” is choosing the object, experiencing it, then putting it back when done. Or waiting for it to be available, and or coordinating hand to make it spin faster or slower. I agree that the noise may be too stimulating or a distraction to others.

Olivia was intellectually curious. But #publicschool required she adhere to a rigid preset curriculum. She left school, becoming a #selfdirectedlearner.

Olivia initially took some courses on here own at the local university, others at a local private school, and others online.

By every conventional measure, Olivia was thriving in #publicschool. She was a straight-A student, highly involved in extracurricular activities.
