This year we're going for a "communal" and "anything goes" feel, so it should be a lot of fun. Also @normalistoxic's Voices of Iran project is bound to be very interesting because we'll be hearing from artists from that region directly affected by the war and recent events...it's been nuts, to say the least.

I am officially no longer affiliated with the Tezos Artist Network.

I did not come into Web3 to participate in fake friendships, codependent communities, or spaces built around insecurity, bitterness, and tearing down talented people behind their backs. I came here to create.

Too many people hide behind microphones, politics, groupthink, and superiority complexes while contributing nothing of lasting artistic value themselves. I have no interest in sitting in spaces fueled by negativity, loneliness, gossip, and performative authority.

A real creative network inspires growth, collaboration, originality, and respect for artists, pushing culture forward. What I’ve witnessed instead is an unhealthy cycle of insecurity disguised as community.

I refuse to attach my name, energy, or art to environments that celebrate stagnation while attacking ambition.

I am here to build.
I am here to evolve.
I am here for art’s sake.
To the real creators, musicians, builders, collectors, filmmakers, and visionaries still focused on genuine creativity and meaningful connection — connect with me.

There’s a strange epidemic in Web3 right now: deeply unhappy individuals clinging to the only authority they’ll ever experience in life — being host or co-host in an X Space with the ability to mute other people’s voices. That tiny button becomes their entire personality. Their entire identity. Their entire illusion of power.

The irony is always the same: the loudest “know-it-alls” online are almost always invisible offline.

They avoid real-world Web3 events because real life exposes everything the internet can hide. In person, there are no mute buttons, no curated personas, no fake intellectual dominance built off interrupting people in Spaces. Just energy, presence, accomplishments, character, and actual human connection. And many of these men know deep down they cannot command respect in a room the same way they force it online.

Some people in this space have built entire egos around controlling conversations instead of building companies, communities, art, music, technology, or meaningful relationships. They weaponize condescension because it distracts from insecurity. They posture as “leaders” while contributing little outside of endless opinions and performative arrogance.

Meanwhile, I’m genuinely grateful for the life I’ve built outside the timeline.

I have real experiences, real accomplishments, real friendships, real creativity, and real-world peace that doesn’t disappear when the app closes. I don’t need digital authority to validate my existence. I actually look forward to attending Web3 events because that’s where authentic builders, artists, innovators, and visionaries connect without the toxicity of terminally online ego games.

The strongest people in Web3 don’t need to belittle others to feel important.

And the weakest men usually reveal themselves the moment they’re given the smallest amount of control.

Mute buttons don’t create leaders.
Real life does.
