@Avis - in case you think I’m lying. Now at PBI for 3rd time. Wasted time at different Avis yesterday. No cars <57k in this class?! I’m not taking another high mileage POS - as the first two had issues making them unsafe. What has happened to this once esteemed brand?

When did @Avis become the worst car rental company in the US?! Picked up Denali 12/26 - 53k miles on it and busted transmission! Drove over an hour each way to replace it - given Expedition with over 80k miles, mold and a tire with a slow leak! CS useless. Two days wasted. Ugh!

@jetblue flight 1016 PUJ to EWR. Landed two hours ago and still no gate?! What’s going on? This was after hours long delay and an unscheduled layover in FLL for pilots change. This is egregious. Get these people off the plane.
