Both are squarely in the crosshairs of an offensive against all working people. The only way to reverse this is fighting side by side to defend and expand the historic gains made by both the labor and queer rights movements.

Homophobia, transphobia, and other forms of bigotry are just tools of the bosses to divide workers and bust our unions. Solidarity is stronger, and is necessary to make real gains! When we stand up for our coworkers under attack, it sends the message that our union is strong.

Happy #NationalComingOutDay! Everyone has their own preference of how out they are, who they're out to, etc. It should be up to the individual to decide if/how to express it--no one should be forced out. But coming out on one's own can be empowering, a step to self realization.
