Hello @grabph you guys said last November 10 that refund will be issued in 10 calendar days.

I still haven't received a refund and my bank said to send a dispute request.

This is getting really frustrating. I showed u in the pictures i sent, i never got the food order i have. Do i have fries in my order? Do i have small drinks? No. Then how come its what arrived on my door? Now it doesnt take 4 days to put two and two together. @grabph

@grabph There's still no update in-app and via email. It shouldn't take this long to verify three pictures I sent.

Plus, it doesn't hurt to respond to my followups in-app. What's the point of the help centre if you guys are going to ignore it?
