@13au0024 No I believe they have to be locked in a cabinet separate from the legend drugs. #hsop2013

I think the time saved from constantly having to check the voicemail makes paying for E-scripts worth it. #HSOP2013

[13au0017 @13au0017]

@13au0032 I'd say the % of original prescriptions I have to call on is higher than the % of E-scripts I have to call on. #HSOP2013

[13au0017 @13au0017]

@13au0079 @13au0082 it would make it much more difficult to forge scripts. Seems like the system could be hacked though. #HSOP2013

Not sure if it is Walmart or the State of AL but I've seen no controlled meds e prescribed. #HSOP2013

[13au0017 @13au0017]

@13au0124 yeah I've definitely seen much worse. Makes me think more about the problems that could arise from bad handwriting. #hsop2013

[13au0017 @13au0017]

@13au0131 exactly. With pts seeing multiple drs, plus using different pharmacies for different drugs, profiles are hard to make. #hsop2013

Seems like picklists on a computer would be a dangerous way to order bc it is easy to click on something by accident and not noice #HSOP2013

[13au0017 @13au0017]

@13au0075 prob right, there still could be errors in the e-process since some doctors entering the RX don't know about computers. #hsop2013

[13au0017 @13au0017]

@13au0131 @13au0134 E prescribing might not be safer, but it would be as safe and we are becoming more electronic #HSOP2013.

[13au0017 @13au0017]

@13au0134 I've never understood why you can fax a controlled 3-5 prescription but cannot E-prescribe it. #HSOP2013
