I remember how excited I was when I heard Iko Uwais, Yayan Ruhian, and Cecep Arif Rahman from The Raid, were cast in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. My mind instantly thought they would portray the Knights of Ren and display martial arts style lightsaber combat and force wielding.

I was so disappointed to discover they ended up being wasted just for a brief cameo, that didn’t even begin to utilise their skill set and fighting talents.
