We stayed at a 2 star motel the last 2 nights. booked my own flight home cuz SW said as far as they are concerned we were already in Vancouver. I would suggest contacting me to resolve. My lawyer will be in touch

@SunwingVacay @lindalemons56 Funny. The rep in Mazatlan had no problem telling my pregnant wife, 3 y/o and myself we had to leave the resort immediately with absolutely no help, food or water for 13 hours today because “it wasn’t their problem”

@BeccaHeartsEggs @SunwingVacay I was told to go to the airport today twice. Went both times, only to be turned around and then kicked out of the hotel. Not one thing solved or answer from anyone. They literally cut the bracket off my 3 year olds arm while he was sleeping on the couch in the lobby

The Sun wing rep and hotel worker cut the bracelet off my passed out 3 year old on the couch from no water or food. Great family vacation

@SunwingVacay stuck in mazatlan.Bookedholiday at https://t.co/QQpXmfuqFf they over booked the flight and sent us on a Westjet flight.sw rep at hotel said we had to leave Riu as we are westjets problem. WJ says we are sunwing problem. Had to find our own hotel with a 3y/o after being kicked out
