@carrier I know the reason your growth suffered over the years in india. It is because your post sales service especially for HVAC products is very pathetic because in this fast paced world of it takes you minimum of 7 days to deliver the spares it is sad for us as buyers.

@jeetmehta2006 @carrier This is a serious service issue. Waiting 5–7 days for circuit spares is very difficult with no fans or cooling available. Requesting @carrier to urgently arrange and deliver the required spare circuits.

@carrier india, i have installed 16 HP x2 X-Power VRF units and both have circuit damages due to sudden electricity surge and now the dealer and service rep. tell me that it will take 5-7 days to get the circuits. I do not have any fans and I need @carrier to deliver the spares
