Fauci coordinated the most disastrous coverup in history. He knew Covid was a product of gain of function research produced in a lab paid for by US $, yet he orchestrated publication of the infamous Natural Origins paper, endorsed it, and used it as a reference to perpetuate his deadly coverup. He lied to the American people he was charged with protecting. He lied to the US President he was charged with advising. This is treason. We are appealing this back to the Supreme Court. 

The Second Circuit ruled this way last year and the Supreme Court vacated it and told them to try again. They decided to again violate the rights of the Amish. So, we will be going back to the Supreme Court.

Also, yes, the Amish children in this case are far healthier than American children who are vaccinated. Our sworn papers make that clear that the families in the three Amish schools at issue in this case have a total of 168 unvaccinated children (no vaccines) and that none of these children have any of the chronic health issues that plague children in the United States.

We also provided sworn expert evidence attesting that among a random sample of 168 U.S. children, one would expect to find (based on the background rate of chronic disease among U.S. children) 31 cases of environmental allergies, 15 cases of ADHD, 10 cases of asthma, 9 cases of food allergies, and 4 cases of ASD. Yet, the 168 unvaccinated Amish children whose families New York wants to persecute are free from the chronic health conditions—all related to some form of immune system dysregulation—that plague the vaccinated communities in New York.

Since vaccination is supposedly about improving health, and the Amish who do not vaccinate are clearly healthier, one would expect New York to leave them alone. But that is not how this religion works. The vaccine zealots in New York cannot stand that the Amish refuse to abandon their beliefs in favor of the religious beliefs held by the New York officials regarding vaccines. These “health” officials are willing to sacrifice the way of life and belief system of these Amish children and their community, that has kept them far healthier, if they refuse to bend the knee to adopt cult-like vaccine beliefs.

These “health” officials also apparently cannot stand that the Amish children are healthier and are even willing to wage war against them until they submit and receive every vaccine New York demands—so they can be just as “healthy” as all the children outside the Amish community.

The Amish earnestly seek to avoid conflict but because violating their sincerely held religious beliefs is not an option, they have been placed in the impossible position of being required to leave New York to simply send their healthy children to Amish schools on Amish land. We, along with co-counsel, intend to continue litigate on behalf of the Amish to defend their freedom to practice their religion in peace.

EXPOSE THIS! California’s governor keeps refusing ICE detainers. Now ICE is begging him not to release a man accused of r*ping a 6-year-old at a daycare.

Gokhan Bagci, a Turkish national previously removed from the United States twice, faces charges of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 after the alleged incident at a Sacramento daycare.

ICE lodged a detainer the same day he was arrested and is urging Governor Gavin Newsom and California sanctuary officials not to release him.

This is not an isolated request. DHS data shows California routinely ignores ICE detainers.

At one recent count there were more than 33,000 active detainers on criminal illegal aliens in California custody.

Thousands have been released back into communities after the state refused to cooperate, including individuals with records for hom1cide, ass@ult, and s-xual predatory offenses.

An illegal alien previously kicked out of the country twice is now accused of a horrific crime against a child, and ICE has to publicly plead with California’s governor not to let him walk free.

How many more times will Newsom’s sanctuary policies put American children at risk?

Paramedics have known the shots were killing people the whole time. For Harry FIsher, for example, heart attacks in young people were non-existent pre-vax and went to 35 in 5 yrs post-vax. Aortic dissections in age 23-50 he'd see 1 in 23 years vs. post-vax 12 in 4 years. Strokes in young people: 0 in 23 years went to 23 per year.

All someone has to do is to get the paramedic records from an ambulance service and analyze that. I wonder why nobody has done that?

A limited study was done in Israel (2022 Israeli national EMS) and it found a 25% increase and reported statistical associations with first- and second-dose vaccination rates in that age group. They said it doesn't prove causality.
