@DebbieWhaley19 @SurreyRS Sadly ALL our premiums reflect the cost to the MIB in covering non insured drivers, not just the innocent TP driver. Perhaps it's time to look at TP insurance being included in road tax to remove this risk. NZ had this in place when I lived there

@johncharnley6 @MerPolTraffic in my past career, have been to SIs and FATACs where the vehicle was being driven despite failing MoT and categorically stating UNFIT TO DRIVE. Perhaps you would have liked to have chewed the fat over these? Ohh drivers found at fault and vehicles were determined by ACU as unfit.

@johncharnley6 @MerPolTraffic In simple terms, the jury is irrelevant - the MoT test station has determined that the vehicle is UNFIT to drive, end of story. Second guess as much as you like, however unless you were there, not a lot you can contribute I am afraid.
