The Supreme Court has spoken. Now it is time for implementation.

Residential societies across India should immediately approach their Municipal Corporations and demand enforcement of the Supreme Court's directions on stray dog management and public safety.

If authorities fail to act, do not remain silent. Approach the High Court. The High Courts are bound to follow and implement the law declared by the Supreme Court.

This is not merely about inconvenience. It is about the fundamental right of every citizen, every senior citizen, every woman, and every child to live, walk, play and move without fear.

Our children deserve parks without fear. Our senior citizens deserve morning walks without fear. Our families deserve safe public spaces.
The time for endless debates is over. The time for implementation has arrived.

Mumbai residential societies may DM me. We have already initiated the process and can share our experience, documentation, strategy and legal approach.

One society can be ignored. Hundreds of societies acting together cannot.

Stand up. Organise. Demand implementation.

Fear-free public spaces are not a privilege. They are a constitutional right under Article 21.
