@TimBrando@deptulahasrage@AlabamaFTBL@NDFootball Join a conference! Can’t have your cake and eat it too.
Not going to bat for Bama by any means, but ND could’ve easily been in if they were a full ACC member.
Shula dials up a run up the middle on the biggest drive of the game. Puts Sellers immediately behind the chains and the QB Draw as awful.
Sellers shouldn’t fumble but a comical series of calls by that dipshit.
Since Mike Shula took over as South Carolina's offensive coordinator ...
17 points against Illinois
17 points against Virginia Tech
17 points against South Carolina State
7 points against Vanderbilt
20 points against Mizzou
And one of worst run games in college football.
@BCrawford247 Time to put Shawn Elliott where he’s supposed to be. Don’t care how good Teasley can recruit, if 5 stars are whiffing who gives a shit about stars.
I like Ray Tanner. He gave us Gamecock fans lifelong memories and a postseason run that will never be replicated by anyone else in college baseball ever again.
That being said, the fact that he handed a guy who had coaching success at *checks notes* Illinois State and South Florida the keys to such a proud and historic program and watched as our team fell down the SEC hierarchy over the course of 6 full seasons was dang near negligible.
I don't blame him for what happened with Holbrook, cause any program would've done that in that situation, but not being able to land a surefire proven head coach in 2018, I mean how in the world did we come to this point?
I truly wonder if Paul Mainieri knew what he was taking on when he accepted this job. I think early on he thought some semblance of the past still existed in this program, and over the course of the past two months it's now been realized that sadly right now we're a shell of what we used to be.
Also, I don't want to see anyone go after the fans for lack of support. You know how much time and energy and money (more than ever before) fans spend on these games?
Here's your answer: way too much to have the finger pointed at them when this team can't even get the job done against the bottom of the barrel in this league. 2.5-3 hour game not including traveling, cost of parking, cost of concessions, and NIL cause why the heck not in this currently screwed up system we call college athletics.
You want the fans to come back? Give them a reason to want to leave the comforts of streaming games at home!
Clemson is head and shoulders better than us. Tennessee is head and shoulders better than us. Even Georgia and Auburn are looking better than us right now. There shouldn't be a world where all of this is true. Yet here we are.
