We’re partnering with Anchorage Digital to help build the institutional infrastructure layer for tokenized capital markets.

REAL has signed its first securities tokenization agreement.

This activates a committed institutional pipeline of more than $100M in client assets and marks the first operational use of REAL’s tokenization infrastructure.

The agreement is with Factori AD, an EU-regulated investment broker, which will channel client assets through REAL’s infrastructure while handling OTC execution, custody, KYC, and AML.

The first pilot will tokenize 5,000,000 Alpha Bulgaria AD warrants, , testing the full workflow:

→ real securities
→ licensed OTC execution
→ regulated custody
→ on-chain tokenization

This is not synthetic exposure.

This is real securities moving toward programmable, on-chain capital.
