@swtrains_watch @kdkdkd1974 @SW_Help So I missed 15.59 as the train that arrived said out of use, the 15.59 vanished on the board only had 18.04 train & no announcements other than 16.28 so I went there got on it & 15.59 went but late but it was not on the boards or announced. Just done with SWR today as AM was same

@swtrains_watch @kdkdkd1974 @SW_Help After today’s abomination they have no heart. The communication today has been let the passengers figure out what SWR are running & even that isn’t right. Trains are still advertised stopping at stations they aren’t, trains vanish off the board & then go without announcements 1/2

@SW_Help That’s not what I said, the train slows down significantly between Worplesdon & Woking when it didn’t use to before & maintained the same speed all the way up to Woking junction. The 16.33 stopping train I need to get this train to meet with at WOK is consistently now missing it

@SW_help are there any problems with the line between Worplesdon & Woking in the direction of Woking? I am fed up with the dilly dallying of your trains that make me miss connections as you can’t run a decent service for the price I paid

@SW_Help No they aren’t liar 🤥 it’s arrived 10 minutes late again on platform 5 not 2. I’ve missed the 16.33 from platform 2 yet again. They are NOT running on time as booked they are TOO slow. Dishonest SWR are. Can’t run a bath 🛀

@Heidi_Labour I am fed up with SWR inability to run trains on time, every time I get a train that should have at least 6 minutes to change at Woking the train is late it dilly dailies around & is late and misses it & now keeps changing the platform to top it off. Accountability?

Not advertised by SWR as such & trains going towards Guildford go at full speed still in same area & in all weather conditions for weeks now. SWR are dishonest if they can’t run it to make connections they shouldn’t say so

@SW_help what’s with deliberately slowing trains once they get to Worplesdon on the line towards Woking? This is getting ridiculous now that the train crawls one way while going towards Guildford goes full speed. You lie and say it’s getting in at 16.30 and it’s not!!

Was on this one was running 5 minutes late supposed to arrive at 16.31 but through further delaying it another 3 minutes for no apparent reason. Easily over 30 passengers end up missing the train for what exactly? As it was still going to make it up until Worplesdon

@SW_help just love the train slowing down for no apparent reason every time we pass Worplesdon on the way towards Woking. Never used to happen until recently. Some of us have connections to make, the train was already late but let the train crawl along and let us miss it. Clever

@swtrains_watch @SW_Help @Heidi_Labour @transportgovuk @TransportCttee @TransportFocus @allpartyrail Frequency on Epsom line does impact other services, my 17.09 from GLD is frequently late because the inbound service via Epsom is late plus it only arrives at 17.02 to leave at 17.09. Then SWR skips from SUR to WAT. Yet the inbound service can be late by over 10 minutes

@SW_Help What late running train? Yeah right now it’s skipping stations from Surbiton when the stations up to Effingham that have LESS people using them could have been skipped. Absolutely useless train company. Apologies is not adequate ENOUGH already 10 minutes behind now.

@SW_help stupid the 17.34 is here at GLD but the 17.09 is not as per usual. Surely if you can’t run in the inbound train on time so often and you can’t manage the 7 minute silly turn around, you need to retime the inbound train or run more trains via Epsom?
