We REJECT any contract extension after july 1, 2026 because 8.6B is provided for PnP Transition.

1. It does not matter how much money is allocated for transitioning UHC staff to PnP, there is NO political will by COG to transition us to PnP.

Despite 8.6B, earmarked to pay UHC staff salaries and confirm their status to PnP positions,

Gov. Barasa publicly declares the transition process to PnP as NULL & VOID,

as he goes ahead to claim the 47 counties WILL NOT absorb UHC STAFF!

The @MOH_Kenya has all our money, let them Gazette all the UHC staff to be transited to PNP &Then share our money through DORA/CARA.
Gratuity&Promotions should be Factored in this budget.
