@AskPS_UK The link to the refund form goes to another page about refund information and you go around in a circle. It seems impossible to formally request a refund. Note, that I'm requesting this as of today.
@AskPS_UK Ok, but as I'm requesting this now then I am within my 14 day cooling off period. I don't see why this is made so difficult. The form is not accessible and if this proves to be the case - then Sony are in breach of consumer law.
@AskPS_UK I'm going around in circles. I have switched off auto renew, but you make it extremely difficult - actually impossible - for anyone to excercise their lawful right to request a refund within the 14 day, distance sale/service purchase cooling off period. I formally request this.
