@SchnitzelKroos An impartial reading would be: He (AS) will not judge by his own revelation, but will be subject to the Qurʾān and Sunna, nor will he (AS) judge according to the rulings of scholars. Instead, he will judge according to his (AS) own ijtihād.
@Ejaz_85@BroHajji I didn’t say we should accept it. He should be called out on it. But to say he scammed people implies (in the minds of people) his whole business was a scam. Whereas all this energy then for “duat” who lack basic Islamic studies doing refutations etc.
@JonathanACBrown Based on my experiences of my wife and her family (British Bangladeshi) no they do not wear ḥijab at home unless a non-maḥram is present.
@therealhanif @itsmenoumanA Big man throwing insults on the internet 👍. It’s quite ironic that you say rational discourse but are oblivious to the fact that the whole point I’m making is about universal quantified statements. Learn some logic.
@MCazaAhmadi @itsmenoumanA That’s how theology and logic work. Now in the real world neat theological boxes do not work and hence takfir doesn’t make sense outside of its political usage. Hence why you asking for a takfir is silly. Rather I’d advise you to return to the Qurʾān and Sunnah sincerely.
@MCazaAhmadi @itsmenoumanA I’ll make a statement but contradict it.
If something is defined by a set criteria, but then fails to meet that criteria then it is logically not that thing.
@MCazaAhmadi @itsmenoumanA Bro seriously. The grammar of the OP is: All X(a and b) so both statements are inseparable. If one is false the entire statement is false.
Furthermore, I don’t “love” to call anyone a disbeliever.
@MCazaAhmadi @itsmenoumanA Even if everyone considered Ahmadis disbelievers it doesn’t establish your point. Because the post wasn’t premised on one point. Also you decision to pick up on this point is irrelevant since I from the very beginning focused on prayer.
@MCazaAhmadi @itsmenoumanA Relevance to the topic? I’m not sure how me pointing how the other guys post is false is disproven by this question.
I’ve already disproved it. An Ahmadi prayed in the same room as me didn’t prevent him from therefore post is false.
@MCazaAhmadi @itsmenoumanA Your Prophet (Mirza) has maintained that believing in him is essential for faith. Likewise his own son did takfir of Sunnis and Shīʿa (yes I’m aware not all Ahmadis follow him).
@MCazaAhmadi @itsmenoumanA I’m not sure how you can claim I’m twisting things.
Didn’t make a statement about who is or isn’t Muslim. I’d suggest you research your own beliefs.
