@TayybaAly The surprising thing is that even the safest country for women doesn't believe in capital punishment. Australia banned death penalty like last century. Almost all of the countries that have the lowest crime rates have banned death penalty.

@TayybaAly As much as I'd want to see a rapist die but that alone will never solve the problem. We'll only be killing a rapist after a rapist, which is completely fine by me. Here's the point, we'd need to do much more than hanging them if we want to bring down the rape curve.
