@AvantStay Absolute joke of a company. Rented a place for the weekend in Port A. Tropical storm alberto hit, there was flooding, power outages and road closures in Port A, so we ended up canceling and they refuse to refund.

@AvantStay Your own policy specifically states that if major disruptive events cause road closures or flooding then a refund will be provided and you all refuse to do anything and airbnb refuses as well. Highly recommend staying away from this company and any rentals they have.
