Dear @DCDPW @311DCgov 700 15th Street SE (between Potomac Ave and Penn Ave) has not had recycle picked up in 3 weeks. Multiple submitted 311 requests.
Construction may have resulted in rerouting pick up but our alley is only accessible from 15th which is a one way. @charlesallen

And pick up only seems to happen if I complain as opposed to a day or two late regardless.
