@HMRCcustomers your web chat is unavailable. Just tried calling three times instead and every time your aut. Msg said 'we're busy and can't deal with your call' and hung up. Your line is open until 8pm. This is unacceptable how can I contact you?

@HMRCcustomers It says on your site the website chat service is unavailable. And I work between 8am and 10am. Just because it is a busier time I should still have the option of waiting in a line or being on hold until someone is available.

@HMRCcustomers I need to ask for a tax refund for the last tax year and current one and change my current tax code. I tried logging on to gateway and it has the right tax code but I've just received my payslip and it's D0 that is 40% of my pay and I cannot afford to lose it again this month
