@PaulWoodford84 I’d say it was TOTALLY worth putting on the internet. It shows the human side of Policing and an officer doing a great job. 👍🏻 Our Police get WAY too much stick just for doing their job & IMO this goes some way to redress the (im)balance they, sadly, have to put up with.

@motomogul My reason used to be traffic, cos I lived in London. I don’t live there anymore. 😊 Now, the reason is more like a form of mediation or therapy. It quietens my mind when all I’m concentrating on is the road. No music, no talking, just me, the bike and the road. 😌 Bliss!
