Then make combinations with them to help you achieve your goals.
The future belongs to people that don't fall into the trap of dogmas and limiting beliefs.
You’re in one of the most vulnerable phases of development in your 20s. It's the time when you have to make the transition betweens security and finding a purpose. Most people don't risk it and stay in survival mode.
If you want to become a mentally sophisticated individual:
- learn to see the big picture ( think holisticly )
- learn philosophies that challenge your beliefs
- read and listen
