@FTT_Solicitor Almost sounds like a double entendre. Having checked Roger’s Profanisaurus it doesn’t appear to have a rude meaning and is simply a lovely turn of phrase.
Why would @sainsburys partner with a firm that LIE and CHEAT? Horizon Parking Ltd LIE that they comply with their regulators rule book. The only pay point was not taking payment and displaying a notice saying payments are suspended until the 15th June. Now have 4 PCN's. CHEATS!
@goodkinds Simon, this is a very difficult question and has many implications. Possibly the guidance for employers may offer a suggested approach. Emotionally difficult but you may also wish to consider an at risk approach and who else is at risk. Wish you good health with your decision.
@FTT_Solicitor@LNER Great news Cass. Credit to @LNER for the integrity of their professional staff. It would have been not only been an insurance claim but would have caused you personal inconvenience and distress. This outcome restores faith in public decency.
Delighted to have been shortlisted in the @newsontheblock National Property Management Awards as Insurance Services Provider of the Year 2019 #pmas2019
@jachanning Yes lots of under-insured residential buildings. Most managing agents take #RCAs very seriously. Not all. For self-managed blocks, a lower building declared value means lower insurance premium which means lower service charge
Our MD Paul Robertson's second book. The story of a recuse dog who bites a property manager. Bit more light-hearted than Robertsons insurance principles for leasehold flats!
En route to Sheffield and the #back2school conference. Here is Deputy Head Mr Robertson preparing for his English language lecture.
