@virginmedia ….. upgrade but you should be paying me for loss of internet as it’s been dodgy since Friday and it wasn’t just me then so I’m still doubting it’s the hub but we will see
@virginmedia is there issues in Bedfordshire again the app is telling me this everything is connected reset done. Wi-Fi working sort off but slow. Go on your website and it did originally say technician needed
@virginmedia Yes on wired and WiFi! The app is saying can’t find hub all the time. WiFi cutting in/out all day phones the number said no issues managed to get through online and new HUB being sent out Wednesday at a cost of £35 to upgrade to HUB 5!!! Bloody cheek really yes my choice to…….
@virginmedia@virginmedia typical no reply when there’s a problem!! Can you just tell me what is going on you can’t get through on phone, online chat I can’t get on. Terrible service which Isn’t right when spending over £100 a month
@virginmedia So why not just tell the truth and tell your customers what is going on and what you are trying to do to fix it!!! It’s a bit better than last night but still very slow there are still some websites and apps that don’t work. Just tell the Truth
@virginmedia Absolute rubbish you don’t care less if you help or not!!! Last night you were happy replying to people but as soon as more and more issues about the same problem came in that was it you went silent, which is typical for virgin media. You obviously have an issue at the moment…..

@virginmedia Internet Down again can’t get on the website again and can’t get in touch on phone. And once again no update or just simple apology from the Virgin team.
@Stagecoach_East The very 1st bus I normally get it at Barnfield, Barnfield Avenue in Luton at 7.30ish. It’s the very 1st bus of the day and it never showed and like I said disappeared of the app and now mention on your website absolutely terrible service.

@MINIUK picked up our 2nd hand mini from the mini dealer today trying to connect car to app go to “add vehicle” put VIN in and it won’t recognise the VIN and can’t go any further can you help?
