Guramrit Sidhu, 63, of Brampton, Ontario, Canada, was sentenced today to 240 months in federal prison for leading a criminal organization that – during a roughly one-month span – trafficked from the United States into Canada hundreds of kilograms of methamphetamine and cocaine worth up to $17 million.

This is a terrible idea.
The facility will require 1 gigawatt of electricity.
The entire City of Edmonton uses 1.4 gigawatts of electricity.
300 jobs will require almost as much electricity as 1.2 MILLION people.

Indiana is loaded with talent, versatility, and depth.
Roberson attempted less than 500 threes in his career and this comp has more than 50 airballed threes.
That genuinely means about 1 out of every 9 TIMES he took a three, it was one of these horrible airballs 😭😭
When ESPN had their own advanced +/- tracker, Lowry was consistently, year over year rated the second best player in the East after LeBron James. And you better BELIEVE I used that information in the internet trenches against John Wall/Kyrie homers.
Canada is in recession and has no gold reserves.
Ukraine is not in recession and has 27.3 tons of gold, valued at $3.8B USD.
Why the fuck is Canada giving Ukraine, or any other country, money?
This is beyond corrupt. This is criminal.
Yesterday, Brad Stevens mentioned how much harder it would have been to build around the Jay's at 70% of the cap compared to the 47% they made when they won at title.
As part of something I'm working on, I looked at how much the last 10 champions spent on their top two players.
What I'm discovering in this process is that there's no cheat code in the NBA like underpaying your best player. Notice that the best player on the 2026 Knicks, 2024 Celtics, 2019 Raptors or 2017 Warriors is not listed in this graphic.
Similarly, notice how the only team above that 70% figure Brad Stevens cited are the 2022 Warriors... who were probably the single team most responsible for the CBA environment we now exist in. Remember when Windy called one of their Finals games a "checkbook win." He was absolutely right. The 2022 Warriors paid just under 124% of the cap to their top four players.
