🚨 The timeline keeps getting clearer.

• Oct–Nov 2020 — I served as a credentialed poll watcher under Pennsylvania law and petitioned officials about what we observed.
• Dec 2020 — I was an alternate elector for Trump (a lawful political role).
• Dec 2020 — The County’s own vendor admits files “never made it into the SURE system.”
• Dec 2020 → May 2021 — Working with a whistleblower inside, we documented what was happening in real time, preserving evidence and communications.
• May 2021 — We formally demanded return sheets and paper tapes under the Right-to-Know Law.
• May 2021 — Internal emails show system problems were still ongoing months after the initial admission.
Oct 2021 -Dec 2022 - sued 2 times for defamation, subject of Arctic Frost, target of Marrick Garland NSBA .

• August 2023 Years later — The County sues us, 900 days later they can't dispute anything we said ,we built the evidence against them they want to extort $900,000 from us through lawfare

That sequence matters.

While we were raising concerns and documenting issues, internal records were confirming operational problems with election data handling.

This wasn’t speculation.
It was evidence preservation.

The Constitution protects:

✔ Poll watchers performing statutory duties
✔ Citizens petitioning government
✔ Whistleblowers exposing concerns
✔ Requests for public records
✔ Speech on matters of public concern

You cannot punish people for documenting and reporting concerns while your own records show those concerns had factual grounding.

That’s why this evidence is going into court.
