@NickTreby @cutnoise @PrasadKasibhat1 @moog77 Indeed. Decibels and percentages are a minefield for the unwary and inherently awkward for public understanding. Better to talk in terms of doubling, halving and being careful to ref sound pressure or loudness. Agree that a change in steady pressure of 3 dB is insignificant.
