@NorthstarCharts Great chart. You should check out the IMF data for household debt to GDP ratio....soon to be resetting to the 1992 lows when the last great RE bull market bottomed out into the 2005 peak.

$CDE haven't looked at individual miner blocks in ages...had no idea CDE had these mega blocks....would think bottom is in and most aren't positioned for it. Same with PAAS at the lows.

@PathfinderAstro Anything is meant to happen it will happen by feb only, the risk of war between Iran US will slightly reduce by march. After april I don’t see any major challenges coming except regime change in Iran in the upcoming year 2027.
