The city rewards looking expensive. Life rewards owning boring things. Land. Trees. Cows. Half the city dwellers are one missed paycheck away from acting humble again.
By the way, Kabuleta raises a very valid point about Sex Tourism (or whatever you want to call it). We are still lagging behind because we are a pretentious lot.
You can’t claim to have the best night life in East Africa when you have no single legitimate strip club or legally recognized red light district in the whole city. Women offering those services are often in running battles with police because apparently it’s illegal.
What are we even doing?
Tourists come here and need those services. Why don’t we find a way to package those services in an organised manner? We are just here pretending to be a morally upright society when behind the scenes we are fully plugged into the most chaotic sex network in Africa.
Legalize that sector, formalize it, organize it, and let’s make some money while at it! Tourism is more than lakes, rivers & organisms, it’s also about shakes, shivers & orgasms. 👉🏽👌🏽
Did you miss our radio talkshow on @radiowestug, this is a brief on credit Management.
"Before making a decision to access any credit facility, ask yourself these key fundamental questions.
How much should I borrow? And what exactly will I use it for?"
Musinguzi Charles, Head of Credit @Nyakayojosacco
This is a true testament that borrowing is not just about access. It’s about purpose, planning and repayment. When you borrow with clarity, you build wealth not stress.

If true they froze Among's bank accounts, now would be the right time for her to use some ka-money she had kept outside Uganda.
But, that would mean she is getting money from "foreign agents" and that is where the Sovereignty Bill/Act comes in.
A bill she badly passed.
You surely don't know @TimKalyegira
He is far better than your entire gang for he is conscious of his unconsciousness and pursues consciousness.
He seeks knowledge and unlike you he is less material. He has my respect. You people are as worthless as the contents in graves.

Again, responding to 'The Economist' I @TheEconomist should be the job of @UgandaMediaCent and/or @kasujja, and should be done evenly, with a published OpEd in the same space.
What is the purpose of those cabinet orientation workshops? Ahaaa ...
Today at the 41st Anniversary of Sts Peter & Paul Catholic Sub Parish, Katale. I thank all Christians for welcoming me upon todays Mass as the Guest of Honor.
As the theme said “You are the Salt and Light of the World” [Matthew 5:13-16]; its truly evident that God's Calling is a call we must all live.
From fundraising to faith, Katale showed unity today at thier 41st Anniversary ✝️

I took out a loan at @Opportunity_UG. The loan officer checked my WhatsApp status while playing golf and sent me a message " Instead of paying our loan, you are playing golf"!
Long story short, I organised voluntary foreclosure and two weeks ago I applied to close my bank account with them.
“I understand the State wants us (Nation Media Group) to sack some of our managers, including the managing director and some editors.
But that will not happen, by the way. We would rather close than allow the State to choose for us staff”.
