Here's an idea. Companies like Google, Apple, and Microsoft should pay a user to install mobile/computer OS and application updated. Instead of forcing an update to occur at the most inopportune moment because the user clicked "Not now" 20 times, provide an incentive for them to do it quickly. If you offered me a $10 credit for your app store or to my carriers monthly bill everytime you had an update come out, I'd probably hit that go button the first chance I had. Decrease time to acceptance and increase customer satisfaction.

The cameras on the self checkout kiosks and the cameras near registers. Each transaction is tied to video in the security system. Your face has been associated with previous purchases that were tied to your card which and Walmart account. Anytime after that, your face is all that's needed to tie you to a transaction. In-store travel patterns, dwell time on certain sections, risk magage profiles (has this person stolen from us before or likely to steal from us. Do they show up in other risk management databases, etc), on and on. AI and surveillance is fun!

Google drive? The government posted the Epstein files to Google Drive? This is unacceptable. First of all, seeing .gov in a url is what gives it credibility. Do want to guess how many fake and malicious versions of this are probably being posted around the web right now? Nobody can tell if the link they are clicking on is legit. Second, you are the US GOVERNMENT! You have UNLIMITED technology at your disposal. Host the files yourselves! Seriously, I'd like to examine the files, but there's no way I'm clicking a Google Drive link to do it. I know you have incredibly bright and talented people working on these kinds of things. Let them do their job. Please! Move these files to a legitimate government hosted site and remove the Google Drive version. If you'd like help, I'm available. Lol

@ArcanaNaturals @Starlink These things happen. If your business is that dependent on internet access, there are a lot of great options for a backup connection. It may cost a few extra dollars a month, but if an hour of downtime had that big of an impact for you, it sounds like it may be worth it.
