I am a Chief Manager at the Indian Bank Zonal Office in Nagpur and I have been enduring relentless mental harassment and unprofessional surveillance by DZM Mr.Vijay Shankar Thakur for the past year.
This goes beyond bad management,it is a systematic destruction of employee well-being. We need more than promises, we need an immediate audit of grievance procedures and management conduct.

1. Make process to take periodic feedback of newly recruited officers & CSAs & support.
2. New Joiners should not be given tough branches.
3. Mandatory training for all related to their fields.
4. Recruitment of CBOs, rationalize as per load.
5. Stop TPPs Sell

Keep in mind the recent spate of attacks or abusive behaviour by unruly customers.
Unnecessary infringement of local admin.
Bank Job isn't for Urban youths who want to settle in metro life but for lower middle class youths from tier 2/3 cities & villages ready to relocate.
I've seen many of ladies who joined in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, giving Up after transfer as they can find other opportunities.
Even Bank CSAs (Clerks) job role have been changed, and not limited to just desk & cash Job. They are getting business targets too without Officer Cadre perks.

Highlighted 2 Major issues with Current recruitment
1. Value of Bond is ₹5 Lakh, and felt like trapped even if one to quit the Job.
2. Dont teach anything in training and directly throw us at branch where you expect us to learn everything by our own.

इसमें शिक्षा मंत्री सिर्फ एक प्यादा है, सारा योगदान मंत्रियों, सांसदों का होता है, यही लोग पेपर लीक करके मोटा पैसा कमाते हैं।

When a young banker writes about unbearable pressure, inadequate training, isolation from family, staffing shortages, customer aggression, and a crushing service bond before taking such an extreme step, we must ask:
Did he really lose his life to personal reasons or did a broken system fail him ?
Every such tragedy demands accountability, introspection, and urgent reforms.
Bank employees are not machines.
✔️ Adequate staffing
✔️ Proper training and mentoring
✔️ Humane transfer policies
✔️ Mental health support
✔️ Review of restrictive service bonds
One more condolence message is not enough.
How many more young officers must suffer before employee welfare becomes a priority ?

यूपी कानपुर देहात के विकास भवन में 4 साल पुराना 52,900 रुपये का बकाया पेमेंट न मिलने के कारण बीजेपी कार्यकर्ता गौरव त्रिपाठी का रोते दिखें।आरोप अधिकारियों के चक्कर लगाने में वे 1 लाख रुपये का पेट्रोल फूंक चुके हैं और अब जिम्मेदार अधिकारी रिटायर हो रहे हैं लेकिन बकाया आज तक भुगतान नहीं हुआ।गौरव के अनुसार, 4 साल पहले विकास भवन के एक कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने खाने-पीने का ऑर्डर पूरा किया था,जिसका बिल 52,900 रुपये बना था।
