Izzy and Ruth Rivera’s DCF ordeal has the country outraged at the cruel and unwarranted punishment the “powers that be” have put upon them, tearing their family apart.

The blatant trampling of rights is not to be taken lightly. As he spoke his truth in Fitchburg District Court two weeks ago, Isael Rivera, the father of the Fitchburg five, was silenced by a warning that anything he said could be used against him.

Amidst a storm of accusations and suspicions surrounding his family’s ordeal, Rivera will have “a” day in court today, April, 15th at 9am, as he returns for a status hearing in his controversial case where he has been charged with “kidnapping” his own children.

His partner of 15 years, and mother of their five children, Ruth Encarnacion, was also charged for traveling to Texas with her family to, as his perspective reveals, escape harassment by Fitchburg Police and DCF agents.

While Mother was bailed out last week for $7,500 (now limited to supervised visits with her own children), father needs 25K to get out after languishing for 5 weeks in jail.

Pursued like fugitives, hauled off in handcuffs like a violent criminals in front of their children, incarcerated thousands of miles away in Texas, Isael is back in Massachusetts, but remains in Worcester County Jail.

Illegals are treated better than this, not to mention the waste of of tax dollars on this mess.

Refusing to vaccinate their youngest on religious grounds and declining DCF services,
triggered the unfortunate chain of events.

What has happened to the Rivera family ignites a visceral response of disbelief. It is not only profoundly traumatic and damaging for all involved—it’s an egregious violation of fundamental, unalienable rights enshrined in our Constitution. The state’s actions raise chilling questions about parental freedom and gross government overreach, of great concern to all who love liberty.

**BREAKING** Fitchburg Parents Who Fled to Texas with their Five Children Arrested at the Direction of DCF**

A family of seven from Fitchburg, Massachusetts, moved to Texas following a conflict with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and local police. The issue began when parents declined to vaccinate their nine-month-old, citing religious beliefs, during a pediatric visit.

The family, who homeschools their five children, claims their pediatrician reported them to DCF despite their infant being perfectly healthy. Soon after, DCF sought a home visit, which the parents refused, asserting their rights. Overzealous Fitchburg police surrounded their home, prompting the family to leave for Texas with help from a supporter.

In March, Texas authorities located them. The parents, Isael Rivera and Ruth Encarnacion, were arrested and charged with custodial kidnapping, while the children were placed in Child Protective Services custody. The family’s supporters argue this is an overreach, pointing to their religious exemption rights under Massachusetts law.

Authorities have not detailed the legal basis for the arrests. The children’s current location remains unclear. DCF Leominster/Boston, Fitchburg Police, the Doctor, were all contacted but have not commented. Details will be provided here and https://t.co/w04t8nbM08 as they become available.
