Thanks but that's not working. My account is suspended bc I am a U.S. person - maybe that's the issue? The sequence of instructions provided does not bring the 'live' agent on at all - nor does it do the things you say it should when I type "unresolved', 'not relevant', etc. Once again, can someone reach out by email please?
