@HighwaysNWEST The huge delays this week are since you closed the outside lane. On the M62 there is hard shoulder running. Why is there not hard shoulder running on the link to the M602 as well?

@MENnewsdesk It's been like that since Mon when they changed the layout on the M62 with hard shoulder running. Could easily be solved if they used the hard shoulder through J12 onto M602 too, but they don't seem to have thought of that.
