Modern Warfare 4's Campaign is fantastic so far... but I absolutely HATE having to see this pop up every few seconds 😭😭
There's really no place for Warzone-like Armor in COD Campaigns. Everything else is great though!
Modern Warfare 4 campaign feels exactly like what a Call of Duty campaign is supposed to be.
Intense, high stakes, big moments, great set pieces and levels with decisions that define the entire world around us.
Loving it so far.
Garry Newman announced that S&Box is going free to play towards the end of the year. Everyone who already bought it will get a bunch of exclusive Steam inventory items, with extra ones for those who paid $20 instead of $10.
Facepunch is also fully removing the Citizen model, turning the Play Fund into an application-based greenlight system, and moving maps to the Steam Workshop.
In the post, Garry admits the platform "is not well liked", that they focused on the engine instead of the game, and that the Sandbox game will now get Garry's Mod parity with more NPCs, vehicles and addon support.
The citizen is dead. The human is now the default choice everywhere. The model still exists in the game and so games that use it will keep using it, but it's no longer visible in the menu or the avatar editor.

Introducing Claude Sonnet 5.5, the second model in the Claude 5.5 family.
It’s a clear upgrade over Sonnet 5, runs more than 30% faster, and costs up to 30% less for most work.
A lot of people think Claude and Codex are silently cutting their usage limits.
Right now there's no way to prove it.
So we're building UsageBench on BridgeBench.
We track the 5 hour and weekly limits over time.
If a lab ever cuts your limits in the background, you'll see it here first.
Have you noticed your limits changing?
I'm tired of frontier models getting nerfed after launch.
Every release it's the same cycle. Day one the model is incredible. A few weeks later it feels lazier and dumber, everyone swears it got quantized, and the labs say nothing changed. Nobody has receipts.
So we built NerfBench. BridgeBench retests models against their own day one results. Same tasks, same prompts. If a model gets worse, you'll see exactly how much.
Claude Opus 5.5 and GPT 6 Astra are first up. Right now Opus 5.5 is the best model I've used. NerfBench is how we find out if it stays that way.
