I have just published this letter requiring urgent actions from the company Be Prime, expecting a new and revised press release regarding their informtion security incident.

Dear Be Prime Leadership Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

First, please allow me to express my sincere respect for the difficult position any organization faces when dealing with a cyber incident. I know from personal experience how overwhelming these moments can be, and I truly believe your team is acting with the best intentions.

That said, with humility and in a spirit of genuine collaboration, I wanted to gently draw your attention to the official press release you published today (the same one I shared moments ago on X). Several passages in it — particularly those that appear to threaten legal action against journalists and whistleblowers, and others that could unintentionally downplay the severity of the already-leaked data — have raised serious concerns within the international cybersecurity and digital-rights community.

Organizations around the world that tirelessly defend freedom of speech, the safety of journalists, ethical cybersecurity practices, and radical transparency — including the **Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF)**, **Reporters Without Borders (RSF)**, **Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ)**, **Amnesty International**, **Human Rights Watch**, **Article 19**, **Freedom House**, **Access Now**, **Privacy International**, the **International Press Institute (IPI)**, **Index on Censorship**, the **Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT)**, the **Internet Society (ISOC)**, **OWASP**, the **Global Commission on Internet Governance**, and many other respected voices — all emphasize that credible incident response must never intimidate the press or independent researchers, and must prioritize clear, accurate, and timely communication.

A coordinated global campaign — including formal filings and public advocacy actions regarding these specific issues — has just been finalized with the support of subject-matter experts. It is scheduled to launch **no later than today at 18:00 Mexico Time (6:00 PM)**.

In the interest of preventing any unnecessary escalation and to demonstrate the true leadership and transparency I know Be Prime aspires to, I respectfully and urgently invite you to consider releasing a corrected press release before that deadline. With the help of independent experts in cybersecurity ethics and crisis communications, I am confident you can address any inadvertent misstatements, reaffirm your commitment to protecting your clients, and turn this moment into a powerful example of responsible corporate behavior.

I remain available at any time — today, this afternoon, whenever is convenient — to support you in any way that would be helpful. My only goal is to protect the integrity of our shared digital ecosystem and to ensure that victims, journalists, and the public receive the clear, honest information they deserve.
