After that, I ask myself these questions. How much does this company make? How sustainable is this profit? How much of the profit comes directly to my pocket? How long will it take to recoup my investments?How easily can this company be disrupted? How much debt does the company have? Are they able to comfortably service these debts from their profits? Are there any questionable characters running this company?

When these questions are asked, you'll find that only a handful will make the list. If you stick to this process, you'll come out on top.
