@Airtel_Presence My mother’s phone was lost on 30 May. Airtel stores are unable to reissue the SIM due to old KYC/DOB mismatch after porting from Telenor. She has valid ID proof, but not the old voter ID. Even SIM blocking fails. Number is linked to banking. Please help urgently
