@_charlotte_e @TUIUK Heard yesterday there was a problem with their compensation claim form. resubmitted our claim. TOM7781 doesn’t work, TOM7780 does. approved today so just waiting payment by DD £350 each x

@_charlotte_e @TUIUK Hi Charlotte, heard yesterday there was an error with the compensation claim form and to resubmit. TOM7781 was not recognized BUT TOM7780 was and claim approved today, so just waiting for payment. £350 each by direct debit. Let me know how you get on x

@TUIUK @bhx_official Anyone finding TUI are denying knowledge of original flight TOM7781 Larnaca 12/6/2022 23:15pm to Birmingham 13/6 02.10am? TOM7780 (a WAMOS plane) finally flew from LCA 13/6 3:30am to PFO to BHX landing at 07.15am but we couldn’t disembark until 09.15am?

@AliMFreeh @TUIUK @TUIUK the lead passenger has filled this form in 5 times so far with every variation of flight numbers possible! TOM7781 12/6 changed to TOM7780 13/6. TUI standard response is they are unable to locate any of the flight numbers for that date…

@AliMFreeh @TUIUK oh yes it is. They’re doing this to us also although I have the official booking for our scheduled flight number home TOM7781, 12/6/2022 and also our 2 part flight tickets for our diverted flight home s which state TOM7780. No flights being recognised by TUI…

@RJV_Official @TUIUK @TUIUK Same problem! Scheduled flight home TOM7781 on 12/6, 4 hr delay, flew home from Larnaca with WAMOS on TOM7780, diverted to Paphos for 1 hr to let new B’ham holidaymakers off & B’ham bound passengers on! Landed 6hrs behind schedule & stuck on the plane for another 2hrs!

LCA to BHX TOM7780; Breakdown of flights LCA to PFO TOM 7780; PFO to BHX TOM 7780. TUI response is “Unfortunately, we are unable to locate flight TOM77.. blah blah”
