@0x49fa98 @StarStripeStark I got surprisingly good results by just following the "Buff Dudes" 12-week program. I turned it into a 16-week program because ahead of each three-week cycle I spent a week figuring out what the right weight for each exercise was for me. I also had to eat more food.

@uncledoomer The jump from NES to SNES was probably the last time. I'll throw N64 in there, and potentially Gamecube. But PS1 to PS2 it's doubtful. PS3 not meaningfully different. And of course the games got worse, blander, etc. Just "bigger" and "more expansive". No real meaning to them.
