Holy.... Shit... Go read the thread YouTube replied to here, and then just sit with what they've told this poor guy. These greed-motivated dirtbags have no conscience. That's the only conclusion I can reach.
@devanitely I must have scrolled too quickly and combined your comment with the box label, cause I definitely read "sunset bitch". There's a solid market there though.
@dannyraylima I'm gonna have to do a bit more digging on my end to see if I'm seeing similar trends starting here. Thanks for calling that out! It will definitely be interesting to see how platform usage changes over time
@dannyraylima That's an interesting thought. There's already a huge push for FB reviews, and some businesses have a FB page, but no website, so you really have to go there to get any information on them. I think we're still a ways away from them replacing Google though, especially with maps.
A5. If you're a service-oriented company, ask customers to give a review for the technician/rep/mover/employee they interacted with. There is something more personal about sharing a good experience you had with a specific person. #semrushchat
Q5. Establish a process - Within your conversion funnel, have a time where you reach out to the client to ask for their feedback. Additionally, focus on your Google My Business profile. #semrushchat
A3 Include Testimonials or quotes from reviews in pitches or marketing materials to make a positive impression on a potential client #SEMRushChat#GoodFirstImpressions
A3b. Utilize @GoogleMyBiz. Users are often searching for products & ideas on Google anyway, so this gets you're reviews in front of them as fast as possible! #semrushchat
A3. Responding to reviews provides a great chance to show your potential customers your values & how you work with existing customers. Both for positive & negative reviews. Engage with your customers, especially if you're a local business or customer service focused! #semrushchat
A2: There is a valid and transparent way to ask your customers for feedback. It means embracing the good and the bad -- and using the negative feedback to become better. #semrushchat
