ai agents can pay for things now
but how does a business get paid by one?
built @402invoice on @PayBox: payment links any ai can pay
→ the shop makes an invoice
→ the customer pastes the link into their ai
→ one tap to approve. usdc lands straight in the shop's wallet, in seconds
paybox signs, the ai never touches a key, and we never hold the money
everything in the video is real: claude, a real wallet, a real payment on base mainnet
next: cash out to nigerian banks then more countries

genlayer is building a court for the internet..
and every court needs jurors.
on genlayer those jurors are validators.
they run the contract on their own machine, check the answer, and vote.
sealed first
revealed after
so nobody copies anyone.
to sit on the jury, a validator locks up their own GEN.
right now that’s at least 42,000.
that stake is their promise to do the job properly.
you don’t need to run anything to take part.
you can back a validator with your GEN, from 42 GEN.
that’s delegating.
back a good one and you share their rewards.
back one that misses duties and you feel the penalty too.
most of it comes out of the validator's own stake, about 80% but 20% reaches the people backing them (delegators)
so who you back matters🙂
how i’d do it: spread mine across a few reliable validators, not one.
less risk for me, since a penalty only hits that one pool.
better for the network, since genlayer makes each extra GEN count a little less for the biggest validators.
piling onto the top one adds little.
spreading keeps any single juror from running the court.
what i’d look for? credibility
pick your juror.
@GenLayer
someone asked @GenLayer what they actually do all day after two years of testnets😅
most teams build so you’ll always need them.
a support team
a single server
a company that has to keep showing up for things to work.
genlayer is building toward the opposite.
a network that belongs to no one, not even them.
25 components, proven piece by piece, because you can't rush something that’s meant to run forever.
so i made it into a picture…
scaffolding goes up, a building rises inside it, and then the scaffolding comes down.
from the outside, two years of testnets just looks like scaffolding.
but scaffolding was never the building.
“the day it doesn’t need us anymore, that’s not the day we lose it. that's the day it starts to matter”.
that’s a team building something to outlive them.
and if a network is going to settle disputes between agents, that's exactly the kind of team i want building it.
@GenLayer
back in may 2025…
@0X_CUPZ asked me to join a genlayer community AMA
i showed up, and when a code dropped at the end, he helped guide me through the claim.
back then poaps were claimed on the poap home app
that’s how i fully joined
what kept me exploring was simple;
i love the idea, and i believed in @GenLayer
now i hold the singularity role :)

just got my architect tier 1 badge 🥳
thanks to @bobbilee@silencexlm@samconnerone and the whole team🫶🏽
mainnet is in few hours and so many architects are still being added but here are some faq answers;
→ you cannot apply anymore. no form, no waitlist, no dm too
→ eligible members get added automatically through the official onboarding process
→ you need at least 500 points on arc house to even be considered
→ hitting 500 does not put you in. it only makes you eligible
→ if you get selected, arc reaches out to you directly
→ support cannot grant access, hand out badges, or tell you your status
→ there is no timeline. no queue number, no way to speed it up
so the only part you control is showing up and earning points. everything after that happens on its own.

you don't have to pick a new chain.
most projects ask you to leave what you already build on. @GenLayer doesn't. it is not an L1 or L2 competing with ethereum, base, solana or arbitrum. it is a decision layer that all of them can plug into.
here is why that matters:
normal contracts can only act on cold hard data, numbers a machine can check. they cannot read a web page, judge if a job was done well, or settle an argument between two people. genlayer gives your contract that judgment, so it can decide on things code alone could never handle.
you keep your chain, your users and your stack. you just gain a brain your smart contracts never had.
this clip is from the genlayer stream by @raskovsky
and the agent tank hackathon is live right now, open to every builder from every chain. come build the part of onchain apps that was always missing.
