I turn 65 years old today. While it’s only a number, what an incredible number to have reached. Throughout my 20s and 30s, 65 was a number so far into the future that it seemed almost unimaginable. Not any longer.

I have so much to be grateful for: my small circle of friends, my work colleagues, every person who has patronized our restaurants, and, of course, God. But I’m especially thankful for my wife, children, and grandchildren. They truly are my greatest blessings.
