The FBI shared intelligence with South Wales Police in 2019, Investigators correlated Doxbin chat logs with a PayPal account and email address, ultimately identifying Dare, His devices contained evidence of his involvement

Dare suffered from mental health difficulties including ADHD, autism, and low borderline IQ, in addition to a troubled upbringing.
